Masonboro Forest Wilmington NC

Masonboro Forest Wilmington NC is an established neighborhood that has 4 beautiful lakes, 9 cul de sacs and pool, tennis, basketball and a clubhouse.   The community area is at the main entrance.  There are many community functions at the clubhouse like byob parties. The clubhouse can also be rented out by the residents. The pool is very nice and you can usually find a neighbor there. The streets are wide for walking and biking with speed bumps at the entrance to keep the speed to a minimum.

Homes vary in size from 1,500 to more than 5,000 square feet.  The yards change from 1/8 to almost 1 acre.  The architecture varies from patio homes to traditional, from cape cod to transitional and from colonial to cottage.  It has two smaller communities—Stratton Village and Craven’s Point. Stratton Village is a collection of smaller patio homes where there is yard maintenance with a separate HOA in addition to the Masonboro Forest HOA. It is on a single quiet street with minimal traffic. It is a great dog walking neighborhood. You also have access to all of the Masonboro Forest amenities.
