Seawatch, Kure Beach NC is a quaint and very quiet coastal community. The majority of homes are on Seawatch Way, a winding circle street with no thru traffic. Continuing south for another 1.75 miles on Pleasure Island as the island is called you will come to Fort Fisher. Fort Fisher is named for the Civil War Fort that is here.
