Construction was complete in 1984 and the prices range from $180,000 to $260,000. There is a private beach access. It also has covered parking. Adjacent to the building you will find the community pool. It is within walking distance (5 blocks-.5 miles) of restaurants, nightlife, the boardwalk, and carnival. Winds II, Carolina Beach NC is also 12 blocks(1.25 miles) from Freeman Park where 4 wheel drive vehicles are allowed on the beach for a fee. There is also a pier next to Freeman Park that is open 24 hours a day and has a grill and a lounge with an ABC permit.

Most condos are 800 to 900 square feet. This is simply due to lot size and construction limitations.
